Food tastes the best when it’s hot, fresh, or your high. The munchies is in fact a real thing that I appreciate. To me, it's not just a simple I see food I need to eat it. It's almost like my whole relationship with food changes. My olfactory senses kick into overdrive and that ooey gooey cake is no longer just ooey gooey cake. At that point, it goes from just food to an experience with every bite and every chew takes me to a entirely different world. It's not just something that I look to for nourishment but for pleasure. In fact what I crave probably something I should be eating but we only get this life once, right?

I love having the munchies and snacks are my favorite but I also need to be healthy. Since things taste better with the munchies, I may as well add some much needed nutrients. Here, we will list some tips. For example, make a taco salad and don’t skip the beans, multi-colored bell peppers, lettuce, and mushrooms. Also, pineapple could be added if it pairs well with the BBQ style jackfruit or pork added. These options help to incorporate multiple food groups and nutrients into one’s diet.
